Returns Policy

OVERVIEW

At Doolan Leather Works, each product is handcrafted with care, meaning we handle all returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us via the Get in touch page on our website within 10 days of receiving your order. We’ll review your enquiry and respond with the next steps.

Please note:

We do not offer refunds on any of our products.

No returns or exchanges on accessories.

Belts may only be returned for store credit or exchanged if you ordered the wrong size, provided they are in unused, resaleable condition and returned within 10 days of receiving your order.

No returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Personalised items (including any custom embossing on belts or accessories) cannot be returned or exchanged.

All postage costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer.
