How do I choose the right size belt?
We understand that finding the right size belt can sometimes be pretty tricky; that's why we've provided you with the easiest way to get the perfect fit.
Please follow the diagram on the Find my size page to get that perfect fit!
Can I make a change to an order I’ve already placed?
If you've just purchased a product and need to make an amendment to your order, get in touch with us ASAP via the Get in touch page on the site.
If we have already started crafting your order we are unfortunately unable to make any amendments.
What type of leather do you use?
All of our belts are made from ~4mm thick, full-grain, Australian double butt cowhide. The hides are combination tanned here in Victoria.
Where do you source your leather?
We source all of our hides from Victoria, and occasionally Tasmania.
How are your products made?
All of our products are carefully hand cut, stitched and burnished in our humble Doolan Leather Works shed.
How should I care for my leather?
Leather care is important in ensuring you get the best out of your purchase. With the proper leather care, your Doolan Leather Works product can be passed down to your kids!
We reccomend applying a high-quality, Aussie leather conditioner every 3 to 6 months, or whenever the leather feels dry or begins to look a little dull. Some of the quality Aussie brands we like to use include "Ge-wy" and "B.K. Smith".
Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. If you're ordering from within Australia and your order is over $120, it ships FREE!
Express postage is available for ONLY $5 on all Australian orders over $120! Because we know how excited you are to get your hands on our gear!

How long will it take to receive my order?
At Doolan Leather Works, all orders are custom made. Most orders are completed and shipped within 72 hours of receiving your order, meaning you should receive it in approximately one week.
However, during periods of high demand, it may take up to three weeks from placing your order to holding your new Doolan Leather Works baby!
Tracking details are provided via email on all orders once shipped.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We understand that finding the perfect fit can be pretty tricky, which is why we offer hassle-free exchanges for all non-personalised items.
If you've purchased a belt in the wrong size, just get in touch with us within 10 days of receiving your order via the Get in touch page on the site. If all policy conditions are met, we will gladly arrange for an exchange to ensure you're absolutely stoked with your purchase!
We do not accept refunds on any of our products.
